Breakfast: a hot tea Lunch: two plates of salad + a normal plate of spinach with lemon + 7 breadsticks
Snack: 3 oranges with juice
Dinner: Half a plate of boiled zucchini + about 50 grams of cheese sticks + 4
I feel almost rise perchè.Ho seriously do not know too afraid of having eaten too much shit!
