How To Use A Prolapse Belt

Shit That hunger: D

is now my by:

Breakfast air
Lunch: 4 tablespoons of warm lentils + 5 tablespoons of carrots + 1 small hot yogurt rice
Snack: hot tea
Dinner: zucchini hot

quite heavy but I have a hunger sopportabilissima if I still feel the fact that hunger is a symptom of power and bear it!
