Lunch: 200 grams of boiled zucchini about calorie calculation nor have I found that 13 per 100 grams!)
Snack: hot tea
Dinner: 5 forkfuls + half of spinach not seasoned dish of ratatouille (only with a little pepper sauce at all heavy)
strategic stomach feel full but I'm always afraid of eating too much.
What anxiety!
