Advantages Of Dried Mango Chip



is now, as you suggested, my from the day:

BREAKFAST: Can of tea with lemon [99 kcal ]
LUNCH: a plate of boiled zucchini [26 kcal maximum ]
SNACK: a macchiato
DINNER: two handfuls of boiled potatoes [ around 120 kcal ]

Total kcal : 245

I think as the day went just fine and I'm happy because I'm not hungry at all (:
